The Trek Domane SLR 7 Gen 5 Is in Store

The new Domane SLR 7 has arrived, and we have it on the floor.

2027 Trek Domane SLR 7 AXS

165mm cranks, standard on Medium. Trek now specs shorter cranks across the size range: 160mm on XS–S, 165mm on M–ML, and 170mm on L–XL. A shorter crank opens up the hip angle and makes it easier to spin a smooth, steady cadence, which also helps when you want a lower, more aerodynamic position. Shorter cranks are one of the clearer trends in road bikes right now, and Trek is one of the first brands to make 165mm the standard on a Medium. Among the brands we carry, it is the first we've seen do it.

Fast. The frameset is 305g lighter than the previous generation, and the build is SRAM Force AXS (2x12) with a power meter, a 48/35 crankset, and a 10-36 cassette.

Comfortable. IsoSpeed is gone in this generation. Comfort now comes from the carbon layup, a round 27.2mm seatpost, and 35mm tires, so long days stay easy on the body.

Versatile. The frame clears up to 40mm tires and has integrated mounts for fenders and bags. It is still a road bike, but it handles rough pavement and the occasional gravel stretch without drama.

Come try it. We're happy to set it up for you and let you ride it.
