We're not running this to make money. The flat prices are set to cover what a trip actually costs us:

• English-speaking driver — ₩200,000 per day
• Fuel — about ₩15,000 per 100 km (≈ ₩102,000 for the 680 km Busan round trip)
• Tolls — around ₩40,000 round trip

Add the van's wear and the time to arrange each run, and that's the minimum a trip costs. For example, an Incheon → Busan round trip is two driver days (drop-off + pickup): driver ₩400,000 + fuel ~₩130,000 + tolls ~₩55,000 ≈ ₩585,000 — which is why it's priced at ₩600,000.

Sharing the van with other riders is what brings the price per person down.

Submit your dates and we'll try to put you on a trip with others heading the same way, so you can share the van — and the cost. Like showing up alone at a golf course and getting paired up for the round.

We hold your agreed time with a 1-hour grace window, free. After that, waiting is ₩20,000 per hour — the driver's whole day is tied to your trip. If you're more than 3 hours past the agreed time, or it would push past the 8:00 PM cutoff, the driver heads back and the pickup is rebooked as a new trip. Confirm your time the evening before and message the driver when you're about an hour out.

The van runs once per day, so each date holds a single shared trip. If you join an open trip, you'll travel on the drop-off and pickup times the first rider already set — that way everyone rides together. If those times don't work for you, just submit a different date and we'll set up a new trip.
